foregoing conditions have been complied with.

The lessee to pay the sum of $30.00 to the

Land Officer on execution of the Crown Lease.

(k). Permission to be granted to the lessee to obtain

earth and stone from Crown Land in the

vicinity of the lots for the purpose mentioned

in (f).

(1). The lessee to pay the sum of $25.00 for four

boundary stones to be fixed by the Director of Public Works. The sun to be paid into the Colonial Treasury along with the premium. (m). The lessee to have no rights of access to the sea, nor to any compensation, in the event of any reclamation being made on the seaward sides of the lot; the Government reserves the power to

reclaim the foreshore whenever it thinks fit

and without consulting the lessee or his

assigns.
